Cindi Murch
Cindi Murch brings over 20 years equine experience both in the Show Ring and Teaching to her students.  Cindi began her journey in Poland, Maine, where her family owned and operated Three Gates Farm, a training facility and Riding Academy along with a residential summer camp program.  At age 6, Cindi started developing her skills and by age 11 was named New England State Champion Saddle Seat Equitation among riders 17 and under.  That was only the beginning for Cindi - competition was her motivator; she continued developing her horsemanship skills in all disciplines including Western Stock Seat and Hunt Seat Equitation.

The Murch family is renowned in the Arabian Horse Industry starting with her father, Halsey Murch.  Mr. Murch was one of the Top Ten Trainers in the country, both in the show ring and judging major horse shows in the country and importing horses from Poland.  Her youngest brother, Brian Murch, manages and trains horses at Strawberry Banks Farm in Buffalo, NY.  Brian is also a National Judge and is famous for winning the Triple Crown in the Arabian Business in the English Pleasure Division and Driving Division.  Cindi is also proud mom of Stanley White III, who is at the top of his field in Western Pleasure as he was voted Western Trainer of the Year in the United States and, in the same year, voted Western Trainer of the Year in the state of Texas.

Cindi also followed the lineage of her family and became involved in the Arabian Horse Industry through showing halter and performance horses, appraising, management and development of new State of the Art Horse Facilities and developing an innovative lesson program to introduce riders to horsemanship through lesson programs and summer camps.  Her involvement in the Arabian Horse Industry has taken her on travels across the country and abroad.  Highlights for her have been showing horses in Paris, France for the famous Paolo Gucci and traveling to Israel where she was involved in the purchase and importation of the Arabian Stallion Shatir.

It is now that Cindi has dedicated her profession to teaching her skills to others with the highest quality instruction available.   Priority concerns and care are given to ensure safety and well being of both the rider and horse.  She is capable of designing programs for all levels of riders whether for pleasure or the show ring.  Cindi has many champion riders to her credit and following of students that have grown with her over the past 5 years.
