Rising Fawn Welcomes Sara Hellner!
USDF Silver Medalist Sara Hellner is a professional dressage competitor, trainer, and instructor based in Alpharetta GA. Sara is an experienced trainer of stallions, mares, and geldings of all ages, temperaments, and breeds. She is available for coaching and instruction on your horse or a school horse, providing simple, straightforward, clear instruction through FEI. Her clientele ranges from competitive dressage riders to those just trying dressage for the first time. She also assists eventers and show jumping riders to improve their flatwork through dressage techniques.
Formerly a Mechanical Engineer in Sweden, Sara's interest in dressage became permanent when she worked as an assistant to Bo Tibbin at the Swedish National Riding School. After moving to the U.S. eight years ago, Sara began her career in dressage importing and training young horses. Currently Sara trains with Suzanne Dansby Phelps. Suzanne is ranked among the top 10 US riders in the FEI World Rankings for the Dressage.

USDF Bronze and Silver Medals 2002 GDCTA/USDF 3rd level Reserve Champion 2003 Dressage at Devon 4th level winner GDCTA/USDF 4th level Reserve Champion 2004 Wellington Dressage Classic PSG and I1 winner GDCTA/USDF I1 Champion GDCTA/USDF PSG Reserve Champion 2005 Winner USDF 6 year old FEI with a score of 78.86% 2007 4th level High Score with a 74%
